Not All Change is Visible

I have been remiss in my entry frequency, mostly because I have been working two jobs which is helping me amass a little money to invest in further physical training, so I have decided that will be the next step, since during this same time I fell off the frequency of exercise I had set. I feel like I need someone who can hold me accountable, and will know things I may not about habits I still have that are holding me back.

This morning, still weigh 220 and some change, I try to always weigh at the same time of the day, before I get dressed and get into my day. Weight can change during the day so I don't worry about it if it does, but my plateau is killing my morale.

Must see if a significant increase in regular exercise does the trick for me. Still need to get to 175 lbs. I feel better, and healthier than I did 1 year ago, so I cannot complain. I am due soon to get my fat percent checked again, and do not expect it to have dropped much if at all, because I have been inconsistent in my improvements over the last month, sometimes falling back into the ease of stopping a drive through for a chicken sandwich or such. I still try as often as possible to stay away from the real garbage foods, but once in a month is not going to kill me, at least not like once a day which is what it was 2 years ago.

Alas, change is inevitable, but which direction is still up to us.
