There are 3 kinds of people...

One of my favorite little sayings is, "There are three kinds of people, those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what just happened."

I have been a little lazy since first starting to blog, and then something recently happened to me, sort of an awakening over time, but at one point, I was aware that each day was getting away from me and I was doing little or nothing to make a difference before the day was done.

That has all changed for me, and I feel not only that the last 5 years of better eating have cleaned up my body, (have lost 45 lbs and have come down from a size 44 waist to a 38 and still dropping), but my mind is clearer, as if I have emerged from a fog.

I remember things better, I focus better, and am more creative and less doubtful of myself. The biggest thing that has come from this is that I am more positive and slower to be provoked, if at all by even the best button pushers. Things have changed enough, that I want to make sure and help others that are or have been experiencing the same type of effects in their lives.

My first step in this process, is that I have enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, founded by Joshua Rosenthal. I plan a full fledged career change by the end of 2010 and am working toward that even now. My efforts are largely focused on Brain/Mind health, because there is still so much being discovered in that arena, and so much that people can accomplish once they get the fog cleared, whether it is ADD or Asperger, or some ACG dysfunction, life can be pretty frustrating when we do not feel we can control things that seem to others to be deliberate and rude.

I feel a lot of crime, misfortune and marital problems could all go away if more people had good wholesome nutrition and an awareness of the options to be able to clear up with proper medication, diet, and supplementation.

I have only taken the first step, but I take it in confidence.
