Today I am joined to others of like mind on the same journey

So, today starts pretty much like most recent Tuesdays, I weighed myself and am at 203, which is 7 pounds below my usual starting point for the last year of cleansing and shakes regimen.  Last night I joined up with a small group of people working to build Isagenix and gain their health back, and we are going to be accountable to each other for a lot of the effort that normally I have to motivate myself to do.

So this morning, I am starting my recently arranged weekly two day cleanse, but I feel a whole lot better about where I am starting today because I am joined by several others who are also desirous and committed to change their lives, and we have the most awesome blend of minerals, enzymes, proteins and vitamins to do it.

The best part is that the effects most people notice using Isagenix are so real and lasting that this business has built a strong foundation of people who started for the weightloss and have gone on to be millionaires or at least financially free by showing others what they did. Hundreds of people have become free financially by freeing themselves of health burdens, how many businesses can claim such a wonderful vision and pattern?

So today I embark on a new leg of my journey, but with a new determination to make the most of this not only for myself, but for as many others as I can bring along with me.

My primary goal is in about two months, by mid October 13, to be at my goal weight of 185.

The benefits I see just of accomplishing that will potentially be to improve my diabetic condition or even be rid of it, to become more fit as my body becomes better at burning fat, and more energetic to increase my exercise regimen, and to look and feel better for my forever partner, Holly, who has for years worried that my health might take me away from her before we could enjoy the life we have imagined together.

I'll keep you posted.

While I did not stay below 200 lbs yet, my new plateau is 202

I was disappointed that while I dipped below 200 for one day, my weight still climbed back as high as 206 during the following week, actually two weeks now, since I did not cleanse last Tues Weds.

Fortunately however, my new eating habits seem to have kept me more in the low end of that range for most of the last two weeks, so it at least seems that I have dropped below the 210 plateau and once I cleanse again these next two weeks should be able to drop well into the 190s.

Holly and I have begun shopping for more raw and wholesome foods we can incorporate into smoothies to augment the progress we are making with the Isagenix cleanse and shake program.  Diets can have quicker effects on the weight, but are usually short-lived because they are not true lifestyle changes, and often the benefits are reversed because people get back into their old patterns of eating.

I am set on a new path and Holly and I are getting ever closer to being 80% raw fruit and vegetable, or lightly cooked to preserve the nutrients, and a lot less meats.  There are a lot of ways to get the full complement of proteins our bodies need, and one way is the Whey protein shakes I get one or two of each day I am not cleansing.  Not only does it have a full array of amino acids but many of the enzymes necessary to help digest its components, including lactase for the whey protein which is much better for muscle building than soy protein.

I may do another entry for tomorrow as I weigh in for another couple of weeks of Tues Weds cleansing.  This morning I was at 202 which is exciting because I have not done anything for the last two weeks except work at eating better.  This morning I am eating some figs we got from Trader Joes during our healthy shopping spree over the weekend.

I am restarting my Blog, and am pleased to see the difference a few years have made

I am currently very committed to using Isagenix products and eating more raw, whole foods than ever before.  I am excited to say that as of this morning, my weight going into a Two-Day Cleanse of Isagenix, was 201, which makes it almost a certainty that I will break through the 200 barrier for the first time in years of trying to gain my health back.  It will actually be the first time I have been healthy and below 200 since Holly and I met 24 years ago, though I do not remember how long after marrying it took me to pass up 200 on my way to the height of my weight problem, about 245 at its worst.

Most of my adult life I have had difficulty with my weight, but at age 28, I truly liked the way I looked and felt, and so here I am at 52, approaching an opportunity to get back to that weight and possibly buy back some of my health in the process, since I have been told repeatedly that most of my issues revolve around the extra weight I carry around.

So I am back and heading downward in weight and upward in health.

There are 3 kinds of people...

One of my favorite little sayings is, "There are three kinds of people, those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what just happened."

I have been a little lazy since first starting to blog, and then something recently happened to me, sort of an awakening over time, but at one point, I was aware that each day was getting away from me and I was doing little or nothing to make a difference before the day was done.

That has all changed for me, and I feel not only that the last 5 years of better eating have cleaned up my body, (have lost 45 lbs and have come down from a size 44 waist to a 38 and still dropping), but my mind is clearer, as if I have emerged from a fog.

I remember things better, I focus better, and am more creative and less doubtful of myself. The biggest thing that has come from this is that I am more positive and slower to be provoked, if at all by even the best button pushers. Things have changed enough, that I want to make sure and help others that are or have been experiencing the same type of effects in their lives.

My first step in this process, is that I have enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, founded by Joshua Rosenthal. I plan a full fledged career change by the end of 2010 and am working toward that even now. My efforts are largely focused on Brain/Mind health, because there is still so much being discovered in that arena, and so much that people can accomplish once they get the fog cleared, whether it is ADD or Asperger, or some ACG dysfunction, life can be pretty frustrating when we do not feel we can control things that seem to others to be deliberate and rude.

I feel a lot of crime, misfortune and marital problems could all go away if more people had good wholesome nutrition and an awareness of the options to be able to clear up with proper medication, diet, and supplementation.

I have only taken the first step, but I take it in confidence.

Reclaiming My Wellness Blog from old Domain

I had canceled some of my domains and as it turned out, one of my blogs was posted on that domain, but Blogger.com lets you reclaim your content from old domains. Nice, well I am picking back up on this blog, as my progress has begun to take on new dimensions, pardon the pun, but it is good.

Why Not Just Eat Better?

With the spiraling costs of medication, and doctor visits, and health care in general, why don't we take a long hard look at what most agree could drastically cut the costs we are paying to repair ourselves.

It's called, "stop killing ourselves".

Right, no seriously, our bodies are being forced to process foods that they not only were not created to process, but they do not even have the mechanisms in place to process all this junk.

So, when the body does not know what to do with it, or cannot assimilate what we feed it, into the cells, it has to tuck it away into adipose fat tissue, and so it accumulates, with no end in sight.

The worst thing about all the reserves we are building up, is that they actually retard or worse, tie up the processes that should be dedicated to handle the real food we do give our bodies.  Eventually, we do so much harm as to be unable to repair the damage, and so we begin to die in large numbers, way before our times.

The best food we can eat, and we all hear it a lot, is organic, living uncooked foods.  Close to those are plant foods that have been cooked briefly, or made into soups.  Tea is always a good additive, as long as it does not have too many additives, but is brewed from any of the hundreds of natural plants and herbs that are good for the body.

The less junk we have in our bodies, the more our bodies will be able to rid themselves of that which is inadvertently taken in.

So in the the words of a recent Bob Newhart 5 minute comedy video, ... Stop IT!

And look to cleansing for an additional way of ridding the body of the toxic sludge that has built up over time.  Treat yourself to a growing body of excellent organic foods available at every turn.  It may at first seem expensive, but the price comparison against the foods we have been eating, should include the costs of fixing the mess that have been part of that picture for so long.  Then it might not seem so expensive to eat better.

Business As Usual, No Apparent Changes

There is always some disappointment when we try something that others have tried with nowhere near the success they have achieved doing the same thing.  But then again, my body is not the same body.  Still when enough people get certain results, you wonder what you must be doing wrong.

The fact is, I do feel very good, and while due to increased busyness, I have been staying up later, not getting my morning exercise, and have to some extent dropped some of the totally raw food habits I was developing.

My current weight is 225 lbs, so I am grateful that my slip from excellent eating habits has not thrown a bunch of weight on me.

Still, I eat overall, better than I used to.  But again, I am inspired to continue to do the best I can going as raw as possible, after hearing of and watching the trailer for this movie, that I want to get.

I have type II diabetes, and while I am not on insulin, I have been prescribed two drugs, metformin and glyburide, both of which have noted side effects on the body that are not desirable.  I definitely want to get pure with the raw food diet, the thing that makes it difficult is having adult children as well as smaller children, who continue to crave and want other foods, and make it seem like we are killing them if we only bring in raw foods.

I did notice that the fresh fruits disappear when they are kept current, and not too much so they start to rot in the fruit bowl.

We move forward in faith that this is the right way, based on a lot of good evidence, and plenty of evidence against the tons of fake food people shovel into their bodies every day.

These posts should pick up again.  I am dedicating my life to studying everything I do and reporting it.

Blessings...

Sun-dried tomato, chicken, broccoli delight. Just trying to eat
healthy combinations, though a lot less meats lately.

There is No Dollar Menu for the Right Foods

I have often said as I began to transform my eating habits that it is expensive to eat right.  I now have added to that another phrase.

It is expensive to eat right, but it is more costly to eat off the dollar menu.

Because convenient food for so long has been also, the worst food for your body, in most cases only barely qualifying to be called "food", I have been amazed lately to see places like Sprouts, and Fresh and Easy spring up near me.  While I still do most of my healthy shopping at Whole Foods, Fresh and Easy, and Sprouts have become mainstays in my quest for healthier, affordable eating.

I have found that trying to adopt too quickly an all raw lifestyle, has left me still craving certain other foods to fill certain gaps, I am going back to doing an Isagenix Whey Protein shake in the morning and evening and fruits and veggies all day long.  This definitely allows me to be more alert in the middle of the day and leaves me feeling healthier than I used to when my middle of the day meal was Chinese food or sandwiches or whatever else I used to consider standard lunch fare.

My body is changing, but I actually seem to have added a few pounds during my initial quest to change to an all fruit diet.  Low fats, lower carbs I thought, but still something not right.  Still I search for the right way to eat for my body.

Currently weighing in at 226 lbs and yes I know that weight isn't everything, I need to get my fat percentage checked also.

Fresh and Raw, feeling better every day

The degree to which I have bought into the raw lifestyle increases
each day and I continue to discover new exotic foods and new ways to
combine them.

Of Course It's Never As Easy As It Seems

Most others, when they change their eating habits, especially in drastic form, see dramatic wieght loss, and improvement.  I will not lament the lack of dramatic weight loss, because I continue to feel improvement, but I am getting older, so I am trying to pay attention to creaks and pains, that indicate upcoming debilitating problems in joints or muscles.

For the most part, my weight remains at 222 - 224, and my exercise remains level at about 4 days a week, I know I need to pick that up, I have started using my minitrampoline when I cannot drag myself out of bed early enough to go to the gym by 5:30 or 6:00am. I have been told by several that the minitrampoline is every bit as good an aerobic and/or fat-burning exercise as a tereadmill or cross-trainer.

I am inclined to agree after how sore I am, especially my feet, which have never used so many muscles in any other exercise before.

So I am now eating mostly fruit each day and reading Dr. Graham's book, The 80/10/10 Diet to find more about how I can avoid the tempting smells of high fat foods cooking around me.

I am about halfway through the book and have learned a lot about my body and how it works.  More later.

I started on the 80/10/10 diet

Though, in reality it is no diet in the sense most of us use the word.
It is the way we should be eating according to Dr. Douglas Graham,
author and nutritionist. He makes an excellent case for why we should
eat raw fruits for the bulk of our carb calories.

I am still at 220 lbs. but feel more fit than several years past.
More as I progress.

My Strength Grows

I have begun to get out every morning at 5:30am to workout at the Tumbleweed Rec Center, and have been working out each morning for close to an hour. The best part is I sometimes get some rigorous racquetball games with friends but my workouts seem to be stronger and my body seems to be hardening.

That being said, my weight hovers at 221 lbs and yet my attitude has changed, because I know and recognize the signs that my body is in fact getting stronger, and it means that in fairly short order, the fat ought to start burning better, as my body gains muscle and muscle is where fat burns best.

So that in itself gives me the impetus I have needed to strngthen my morning workout habit and make it a yardstick for all progress I seek.

I will keep the posts coming, and I suspect with greater frequency.

Not wanting to waste baby broccoli stems

So I pour sea salt on lime half and then dig in with a stem to give it
a coating. Nice afternoon snack.

Better Each Day, Raw Progress

This one has baby broccoli, mâché, Mediterranean nut fruit mix,
sunflower sprouts, and a sprout mix of some real exotics, again with
lime juice as dressing, and some crushed chili pequins for spice.

Getting Accustomed to No Salad Dressing

Here is a good blend though not totally raw, the tuna and the jalapenos are a misfit but I am getting better. Blueberries, walnuts, almonds, romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, hazelnuts, and raisins, with lime juice as my dressing squeezed from a fresh lime, not the bottled kind.

Eating Better Each Day

Living lettuce, bee pollen, mung bean sprouts, lime juice, mâché and some red pepper to jazz it up. Oh yeah, that's Bumblebee Spicy Thai Chili tuna. Could not find anywhere if it was raw or cooked. I'm learning a bit more each day, lots of experimenting.

Animal, Vegetable or Mineral?

Since childhood, that has been the choice, but now, it's no game. I have been overweight for most of my advanced adult life, from about 30 on. I have been pruning and changing my eating habits, and have gotten rid of so many habits that got me where I currently am.

The thing is, I am patient, and I have dealt with little or no movement for long enough. Today I weigh 222.

There is a way, and it will require a serious move to the next level. I am going to go back to something that worked briefly at an earlier part of my life, but I let it go, because I thought I had fixed things. Duh!

I will choose vegetable, and it will take some real discipline, but no more animal.

Now I will have to qualify that by saying that I will continue until I am aware of a better alternative, to take a Whey Protein shake in the morning and at night, from Isagenix, and will look into the vegetarian alternatives, obviously soy is the main one. I really have to believe that the reasons they went with Whey over Soy were well thought out, and so I will be looking into that.

I am not making a religious vegan shift yet, but my reasons for forsaking animal are plenty.

1. I am blood type A and according to some very good information out there, that alone nixes meat from my diet, (according to D'Adamo).

2. Most of us know that most meats in the market are shot up, polluted and slaughtered under horrible of conditions.

So I won't keep going. Suffice to say, that this may become more intense, but for now, I will be looking to welikeitraw.com for some moral support from Dhrumil, who has already become somewhat of a mentor to me, unbeknownst to him, as I follow his videos and twitter posts.

We should start seeing some changes, and so I will repost my stats later today.

My Body Will Not Change Until I Do

We hear it from so many different angles, and places, and yet many of us never get it.  You are the sum of all your previous thoughts.  As a man thinketh, so is he.

Maybe the reason so many never catch on, is because our physical reality is so much more present, that we reverse the truth with the altogether misunderstood maxim, "You are what you eat".  We begin to think that what we do in the physical world, makes us who we are, and that we are what others see, and tell us we are.

Nothing could be less true.  I want to change my body, to become more healthy, and yet, all I have been doing, has been changing my eating habits.  That may accidentally work for people, and so they let that reinforce their misconception.  I have had no visible changes; I hover at my very overweight 220 lbs.

But I feel better, since I stopped drinking soda pop, and eating snack foods and fast foods, and so many similar things. So I have had an impact, but for me, there will have to be a change of mind, and heart, and not just of habits.

Through a series of fortunate events, I have discovered http://www.welikeitraw.com/ and so much comes into focus that was once blurry. How many fat vegetarians do you know?

The body has needs, and they are not processed, fatty, greasy nutritionally-depleted foods.  The body was designed to process what the earth produces.  Many of us have damaged, some beyond repair, the systems in our body that must process foods and protect us.  For those who have not destroyed those systems, the damage can be reversed, and there are stories all around us of people who have done just that.

So, the next leg of my journey begins. This part will feature much more reading, and interacting with others who are where I want to be.

I believe the change is just a matter of time, for the body, but the mind must lead.

Not All Change is Visible

I have been remiss in my entry frequency, mostly because I have been working two jobs which is helping me amass a little money to invest in further physical training, so I have decided that will be the next step, since during this same time I fell off the frequency of exercise I had set. I feel like I need someone who can hold me accountable, and will know things I may not about habits I still have that are holding me back.

This morning, still weigh 220 and some change, I try to always weigh at the same time of the day, before I get dressed and get into my day. Weight can change during the day so I don't worry about it if it does, but my plateau is killing my morale.

Must see if a significant increase in regular exercise does the trick for me. Still need to get to 175 lbs. I feel better, and healthier than I did 1 year ago, so I cannot complain. I am due soon to get my fat percent checked again, and do not expect it to have dropped much if at all, because I have been inconsistent in my improvements over the last month, sometimes falling back into the ease of stopping a drive through for a chicken sandwich or such. I still try as often as possible to stay away from the real garbage foods, but once in a month is not going to kill me, at least not like once a day which is what it was 2 years ago.

Alas, change is inevitable, but which direction is still up to us.

New Plateau but Making Progress

I have hit a new plateau of 218, around which I hover and have only dipped as low as 216 on the scale once. I know my body is changing because exercising is easier and I can do it longer. I wake up earlier naturally, or I should say, I don't feel inclined to snooze anymore.

There is more to be done, and it likely involves less cheating when snack foods are around, and more proper foods. I continue to do an Isagenix shake in the morning, and one at night on the days I am not cleansing. I have cleansed two consecutive days, Monday and Tuesday for the last two weeks, and this week I only cleansed one day. Still I am amazed that my results don't more closely resemble the majority of the people who get on the Isagenix program.

Because I feel my body changing, I know my results are lagging but will catch up and I will see great results sooner or later.

Still, the journey of transformation continues.

So Many Things To Undo

What is fun about this self realization I am going through, this re-sculpting of my life, one pound at a time, is that we sometimes get in a hurry because they can come on in a hurry, these pesky pounds. But the truth about losing weight, is that it is a process of retraining the body, and replacing old habits with new good ones.

Isagenix did something important for me that I have not been able to do on my own, in many years of trying. The habits are hard to break, much less replace if the cravings remain, and one thing that I have noticed, is since I have been cleansing and nourishing my body, the cravings my body had for such things as soda pop, and sugar in general have ceased, and even fast food, ( not sure that is a real craving, ) but I find myself no longer tempted to pull in and get a greasy burger when I am hungry like I used to, but am content to wait until I get home for a shake or a salad, depending on what is in store for me.

My body is able to do more exercise now, than a year ago, and tolerates the process more than it has for a long time. It recovers faster during exercise and from injuries, such as the bruises I got from aggressive racquetball the other day.

I have finally broken down below 220, last weigh in being 219.2 and I believe I am on my way down faster. I have been eating some wrong foods, as they are constantly before me, but more out of convenience and never too much any more. Like literally a small plate of cheese and crackers or 1 slice of pizza. I will continue to update and make them more frequent, but the progress is coming along.

Progress is Slow but Steady, All I Could Ask For

I am a total believer in the new Isagenix lineup of nutritional cleanse products that have produced significant results for people all around me, and I have been on the shake product for over a year, two protein shakes, one for breakfast, one for dinner, and a healthy meal for lunch, usually a salad or low calorie sandwich from Subway. I use only organic dressings, and try to keep the portion regulated to one or two servings of the dressing, depending on how big the salad is, but still I hover at about 222 lbs. I have been diagnosed as type 2 non-insulin-dependent diabetic, and am on Metformin and Glyburide.

I feel great, and exercise about 3 times a week right now, but know that I need to do more. The thing I think is great is that before recently, I did not even feel up to exercising as much as I do now, so I can feel my body changing. I recently had my body fat percent measured and noticed that since my reading in January 2008 of 38.7%, I have dropped to 35.1% in April. I know that at some point, the muscle mass will reach a point, if I continue to trade muscle for fat, where the greater muscle mass will help burn fat at a faster rate.

Still, the visceral fat is not burned the same way, and will take longer to get rid of, which is why Isagenix. Nutritional Cleansing has been amassing plenty of anecdotal evidence of late, in the area of visceral fat loss, as the body rids itself of impurities, and begins to shed the visceral fat that, in large part, is there to encase the toxic waste we have collected in our bodies.

I am changing my lifestyle, rather than expecting any one silver bullet to change my life. Some people have faster results, but I feel like I can expect my body to take longer, due in part to the fact that my liver and pancreas have diminished function right now, and need to come back up to speed, which I hope is still possible.

The Results Are Slow on This

While countless others are achieving notable results using the Isagenix system, I have found that my body is still unresponsive to my efforts though I must add a caveat. I have not yet used the cleanse without being hungry enough that I may be wrecking the cleanse effects with my snacking, because I can never seem to limit my snacking to the prescribed amounts. I have a couple of coaches but have been out of touch for a couple of weeks because of a new job that has me driving across town now.

So I need to pick up the pace in certain areas, because I am committed to see this system work for me. I am non-insulin dependent Diabetic, which means I am taking Metformin and Glyburide every morning and Metformin again in the afternoon, but I have not stuck to the afternoon dosage in quite a while, mostly because I have not taken the bottle with me and forget by the time I get home. I suppose if I felt bad I would remember, but I need a better system.

I also heard from someone that he has known several people who seriously did about 6 or seven 9-day cleanses in a row before their body started to respond to it, but that the weight started to drop. One person was reportedly low on Magnesium when they had their tests done and that Magnesium is a very important element needed for proper function of a lot of the systems that Isagenix Cleanse works with. So I have also increased my daily Magnesium intake via Magnesium Oxide in the form of IsaFlush, another product of Isagenix.

My weight hovers at 225 which is where I started this whole thing, but I have already seen my fat % drop over a few months, so it may be that I am to some extent trading muscle for fat. I ought to be doing better than I have before. I have completely cut soda pop out of my diet, I no longer eat fast food hamburgers, I mostly eat salads for lunch with less than I usually put Organic dressings, I drink between 2 and 3 liters of water a day. I am patient and will continue to change my habits. This will work.

You Are Literally What You Eat

There is no getting around it. You are the sum total of what you put into your body, and that goes for all the inputs. If you are feeding yourself with things that are not by nature or creation designed to make you whole again, you are only feeding the immediate senses at the expense of long term benefit.

What do I mean? Well it goes for everything, fast food, smoking, pornography; literally all the inputs can be fed good stuff or the wrong stuff, and our bodies will eat it up just the same, but certainly do not process it the same. Our systems, all 7 of them, in no particular order, the immune, skeletal, circulatory, nervous, digestive, muscular, and lymphatic systems, are all as clean as we allow them to be, just as the systems in our car can be properly maintained or clogged from overuse and no maintenance, so can our bodily systems.

If we have taxed our systems to the point where they do not function well, or even at all, then we must reap the consequences of that lack of maintenance. And just like a car, if we wait for the pain, like a red dummy light, it is usually too late to correct the malady with simple maintenance. It is only too late when they are pulling the sheet over us, but some damage is nigh on irreversible and the best we can hope for is to minimize the damage, but for some of us, there is time to reverse the trend we have set for an earlier death.

It involves understanding the information we have heard all our lives and some new knowledge that taps into ages old knowledge. And it involves in many cases making changes to the way we do things that at first may be uncomfortable, but so is a lengthy hospital stay and daily blood tests. I know. So I will be learning and sharing my knowledge, and doing some things in my life and recording those things for others to read and hopefully benefit from. God Bless us all on this great journey, and may we be of some mutual benefit to each other.

Oops, tax time delayed my starting on this

I really did not think about it until days later that I should have waited until after tax time to start and get this rolling. I still had some issues to be resolved and am only now free again to make daily entries so I went and got some updated numbers, and will make an entry tomorrow to reflect those.

Basically, I have not had any changes substantially from the last measurements but to be fair to the process, I want to get snapshot figures from the day I actually get going.

So I went and got my Body Fat % read yesterday, and it came in at 35.1%, a bit of a drop from January's 38.7% for the same weight, 225. So what I have been gradually changing over the last few months is working. But I feel like I am going to see some faster changes as I feel more energetic and begin to pick up the exercise pace. I will be primarily working out at Coyotes Athletic Centers, and Tumbleweed Recreation Center, both in Chandler not too far from my house.

On my way to better health

This is another new beginning for me. After having started a couple of blogs, an idea came to me from several different places, Isagenix, being the primary source. As an associate of Isagenix, I have become highly familiar with the Nutritional Cleansing system, as well as their Wealth Building system.

I have seen many "before/after" photo shots of people who have lost amazing amounts of weight, simply by using the Nutritional Cleanse and changing their lifestyles, and their eating habits. I have not had the same results from casual use, but then again, I am not average, and while my situation is not as grave as some, 60 pounds overweight, 35% body fat, I am very far from optimal health. (I was recently, June 2007 diagnosed with non-insulin dependent diabetes.) I found that out when I was hospitalized with a ruptured appendix.

That was a wakeup call, and from that time forward, I have informally cleaned up my diet, my habits and my attitude about a lot of things. Still, my weight hovers at 225, which is technically 50-60 pounds over where I should be. So while I am 46 years old, and feel like I should have a lot of life ahead of me, there has been a lot of abuse to undo, and a lot of my peers are dropping off early of totally lifestyle related maladies.

So in my next post will be the Before pictures. I have seen lots of Before/After pictures from people after they were done achieving the results they wanted, but I have not as often seen someone lay the before picture out there, with no idea how long it will take to get the after picture, except a goal. That is my purpose in starting this blog. I will be seeking the support of those I know, and those I meet along the way, to regain the wellness that God intended for me.

Our bodies are miracles of complex systems requiring proper maintenance, and I will make no claim now or in the future that Isagenix has cured any disease.

The Isagenix Nutritional Cleanse system is packed with amino acids, enzymes and minerals essential to the proper function of the body and is the best system I currently have seen for getting the body systems, all 7 of them back into proper function, thereby allowing the body to be the miracle it was created to be.

So without further ado, I begin. Check for updates every few days.
