Business As Usual, No Apparent Changes

There is always some disappointment when we try something that others have tried with nowhere near the success they have achieved doing the same thing.  But then again, my body is not the same body.  Still when enough people get certain results, you wonder what you must be doing wrong.

The fact is, I do feel very good, and while due to increased busyness, I have been staying up later, not getting my morning exercise, and have to some extent dropped some of the totally raw food habits I was developing.

My current weight is 225 lbs, so I am grateful that my slip from excellent eating habits has not thrown a bunch of weight on me.

Still, I eat overall, better than I used to.  But again, I am inspired to continue to do the best I can going as raw as possible, after hearing of and watching the trailer for this movie, that I want to get.

I have type II diabetes, and while I am not on insulin, I have been prescribed two drugs, metformin and glyburide, both of which have noted side effects on the body that are not desirable.  I definitely want to get pure with the raw food diet, the thing that makes it difficult is having adult children as well as smaller children, who continue to crave and want other foods, and make it seem like we are killing them if we only bring in raw foods.

I did notice that the fresh fruits disappear when they are kept current, and not too much so they start to rot in the fruit bowl.

We move forward in faith that this is the right way, based on a lot of good evidence, and plenty of evidence against the tons of fake food people shovel into their bodies every day.

These posts should pick up again.  I am dedicating my life to studying everything I do and reporting it.

Blessings...
